Our training courses usually start at 8.30am or 9.00am and ends at 5pm or 5.30pm. You can check the timings on the respective course pages.
For classroom training, the maximum number of participants is 24.
For virtual courses, the class size could be larger. Depending on the course conducted, we usually cap it for learning effectiveness.
Contact your account manager to soft book your seat with us. We will contact you if the class is reaching its maximum capacity.
Depending on the course, either hard copy course material or digital courseware will be provided for classroom training.
Digital courseware will be provided for online classes.
We provide Desktop PC for your classroom learning. However, if you opt for online classes, please ensure that you have a personal laptop.
Course confirmation will be sent via email closer to the course commencement date. If you did not receive the course confirmation 3 days before the course commencement, please email to admin@avantustraining.com
You will need to meet minimum requirement of 75% attendance in order to receive a Certificate of Attendance for the course. For funded courses, a minimum 75% attendance will be part of the funding eligibility.
For WSQ courses with an assessment component, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) will only be issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) upon attaining a status of “Competent”

Click on the Course tab and click on the view button of the course. If the course has batch scheduled you will see all the dropdown dates with seats status. Click on the Register button to register. If you do not have an account with us yet then please click on the "Sign up now" text to sign up with us first. Kindly note that account will need to be activated before you can start registering for our courses.

Yes, you can, subject to availability of training places.
We do not accept same day registration/walk-in on the day of class.
Yes. If the class allow waiting list then you can register under the waitlist. If there are any withdrawal, the system will automatically inform you.
You can login to the system and input the filter (by name or date) to check the status of your staff's enrollment.
Please note that Reschedule/Withdrawal fee policies will be applied accordingly as follow:
Individuals (Reschedule to new course date)
Individuals (Withdrawal of registered course)
Company Sponsored (Reschedule to new course date)
Company Sponsored (Withdrawal of registered course)
However, if you have a valid reason and wish to request for reschedule/cancellation fee waiver, please contact your Account Manager or use the helpdesk to send in your request.
Yes, you may do so. However, due to funding policy - you will need to withdraw the learner and register the replacement learner's details in the system accordingly.
It depends on each course. If it is before the blackout date (certain date before the course start date), the withdrawal is auto approved with or without refund. If it is after the blackout date then we will review the request. Refund is based on the course policy. If the withdrawal is successful, you will automatically received an email notification. Refund will be sent to you by our Finance team.
We will refund you based on each course policy. The amount of refund is displayed when you click the withdrawal request. Please check the amount before you click on the withdrawal confirm button.

Avantus reserves the right to charge the full course fee (without subsidy) if any of the conditions above are not met.

You can pay by credit card or any available payment modes listed upon registration of course. (e.g. Cheque, PayNow, etc.)
For company sponsored registrations, kindly ensure that payment must be made via Corporate Bank Account (e.g. Corporate Credit Card, Corporate Bank Transfer or Corporate PayNow)
You can click on the training cost summary to print a copy before proceeding to payment or reserving the seat.
Participants are required to have a minimum of 75% course attendance before we can issue Certificate of Attenance.
You may continue to attend the course, but no certificate will be issued to you, if you do not have 75% or more attendance. Please note that if you have applied funding for this course, the funding will be void and you will have to top up the fee.
You will be issued with an Avantus Certificate of Attendance upon achieving a minimum of 75% attendance. This will be in soft copy and you will be notified via email once the certificate is ready to be downloaded.
For company sponsored learners, please contact your HR to download a copy of your certificate using their login.
You can always download the digital certificate any time after you have login to your account.
For company sponsored learners, please contact your HR to download your digital certificates accordingly.
Avantus do not provide hard copy printing of digital certificates.
Avantus Operating Hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
